BIOGRAPHY: Born in Portland, Oregon I got my start on the stage at age 12 in A Thousand Clowns. Grew up in a split family. My Dad was a lawyer and my mom a school teacher (who won a gold medal in the 1960 Olympics for swimming). I studied English (BA) and Theater at Yale, playing in dozens of classics and new plays in the Universtiy Theater, small studios and at the Yale Rep. I planned and ran an arts festival/carnival (the Golden Caf) that continued for four years.

INTEREST: I've got many interests-- almost too many-- from drawing, to writing (primarily poetry), reading (worked for a bit writing coverage for Miramax-- also can read German and Spanish), playing guitar, running, skiing, surfing, swimming, and singing. I also p
