BIOGRAPHY: I was born and raised in Southern California. My family moved to Chicago when I was 14 and I attended 2 years of grade school and all of high school in Chicago. I attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, TX and double majored with degrees in "Real Estate Finance" and "Psychology." I now live between Chicago and New York and worked in the restaurant industry. I landed a job at Tru in Chicago through a friend where the bulk of my fine dining expereince and knowledge began.
